Salon Etiquette

We want your time at 8th Planet Beauty to be a relaxing experience, we've put together the following information to help you plan and prepare for your visit.

Time...just... for you!

• We ask that you allow enough time to enjoy your salon experience and arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Refreshments will be offered for you to enjoy in one of our relaxation area's...reception, the garden (weather permitting!) or the snug.  Please note, as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment minutes. 
• Cancellation Policy; To avoid a cancellation fee of £10 being charged to your account, we kindly request 24hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Failed appointments are charged at 50% of the treatment value as we are unable to re-allocate this time.
• Please take care of your valuables when in the salon, as we cannot accept liability for their loss.
• For the comfort of our clients please check that your mobile phone is switched to ‘silent’ during your salon visit.
• Price's are correct at the time of going to print and are subject to alteration without prior notice.
• Course bookings; To benefit from the discounted price, courses are to be pre-paid in full. Treatments are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
• Deposits; A minimum deposit of £10 is required to secure all appointments over one and a half hours duration. 50% may be required for larger bookings.
• Gift Vouchers; A thoughtful gift to suit any occasion. Our vouchers are available for any treatment or value. And are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Children; To maintain a relaxing environment and for safety reasons we ask that you do not bring children with you for your treatments.
